The 9” cabinet is too narrow for the clips, so there aren’t anything under for the drawer. When you finish installing the drawer rails, pull out the rails, and put the drawer on top of the rails. You can see the two holes on each side of the drawer bottom, and insert the pegs on the rails into the holes.
