Full Payment is required before an order will be processed

Once the Online Order is in process, additional items can be processed online as a new order. Please reach us for order combination if it is necessary.

Cancellations made after the order being picked will be subject to 8% processing fee. Cancellations cannot be made after the products have been shipped.

      

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All Flat Packed orders will be ready to ship  within 3 business days.

All freight orders are packaged in individual boxes, placed on a pallet and shrink wrapped.

SHIPPING:

  3-12 day residential standard transit time.

  You will receive a tracking number by email the day after the order has shipped.

  

  For Residential Deliveries - The freight company shall  contact you 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery. You are encouraged to reach the carriers to discuss delivery schedule

  Shipping charges cover one delivery attempt. The carriers may charge additional handling fee for for delivery failure due to customer circumstances

DELIVERY:

   Liftgate is requested for residential delivery and other constructions without truck docks.

  Usually the drivers are only responsible for curb delivery.

   If it is school, church, military or government building delivery, please let us know.  Then we can inform the carriers about the circumstances of possible limited of delivery accessibility.

  The carriers shall need one  responsible party to be present and sign the proof of delivery document.

  If you see any missing or visibly damaged( including boxes and package damage), have the driver make a note on receiving paperwork before you sign off.

  Do not reject damaged items. SEE IMPORTANT NOTES ON MISSING AND DAMAGED ITEMS BELOW.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMSINCLUDING CONCEALED DAMAGE

Freight claims for obvious damage or shortage can only be accepted when indicated on proof of delivery paperwork.  It is very hard to get claim of missing or damage without the proper paperwork.

  To file a claim for damage or shortage, please send an email to services@lifeartcabinetry.net  

Please include the following:

       Order number

       Buyer's name

       Shipping address

       A brief description of damage or shortage including item numbers or parts

       PICTURES of the damage.

       Proof of delivery ( The receiving paperwork)

Upon receipt of the damage claim, we will send a confirmation email and proceed with shipping replacements as soon as possible.

We will send you replacement product and/or parts as soon as possible. We may not be able to offer expedited shipping service due to the extremely high cost.

LifeArt Cabinetry  cannot be held responsible for any labor costs accrued during the installation of any of its products sold via any of its channels of distribution. This includes, but is not limited to, items that may be flawed or have become damaged in transit.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

 Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

 All returns must be authorized prior to return shipment.

 All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, therefore NO RETURNS ON ASSEMBLED CABINETS.

 No returns on trims, moldings, fillers or panels.

 Qualifying returns will incur a 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

 The customer is responsible for setting up all return shipments.

 Any returned product with damages WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.

ASSEMBLY

Assembly is available with extra charges.

Sample Door and Product Color

We encourage our customers buy sample doors to see the color and style before submit big orders. With the sample doors in hands, it is easier to discuss with your family, designer and contractors about your projects.
